Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement," "Terms," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," or "you") and tapwin7 (hereinafter "tapwin7," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tapwin7.club and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tapwin7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the tapwin7 platform immediately and close your account if one has already been created.

tapwin7 operates under Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) authorization and is designed exclusively for use by eligible residents of the Republic of the Philippines. This Agreement is written in English, which is the controlling language of the contract. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English original.

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a tapwin7 user.

To register and maintain an active account on tapwin7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement. tapwin7 verifies age through KYC document submission prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tapwin7 or any affiliated gaming provider or software supplier.
• You are opening the account solely on your own behalf and not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from tapwin7 or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and email address. tapwin7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify any information provided during registration.

Each individual may register only one tapwin7 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, linked payment methods, or shared device — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein, including winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tapwin7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates.

tapwin7 will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, or email. Any message claiming to be from tapwin7 and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt. You must report such messages to tapwin7 support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not you authorized such activity, except in cases of verified unauthorized access where you have promptly notified tapwin7 support. tapwin7 bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

tapwin7 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, place temporary holds on accounts where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. Such holds may restrict deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, or all account functions while the investigation is ongoing.

tapwin7 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Online Banking, BDO Unibank Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, GrabPay, and USDT (Tether) via TRC20 network. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) verification procedures. tapwin7 may request additional documentation for large or unusual deposits at its discretion. Deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's name may be rejected.

Withdrawal requests are processed after satisfying all of the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification has been successfully completed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The requested amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱200.
• The withdrawal method matches a payment method used for deposit, where applicable.
• No active account investigations are pending that would restrict the account.

tapwin7 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing times of 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours during standard banking hours. tapwin7 makes no guarantee of processing times and bears no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

tapwin7 offers various promotional incentives to eligible users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free game credits, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the Promotions section of the tapwin7 platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply to all tapwin7 promotions unless the specific offer's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and, where specified, the qualifying deposit amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• tapwin7 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable when playing with active bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date result in automatic forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings derived from those funds.
• tapwin7 may limit bonus eligibility to specific player segments, geographic areas, payment methods, or account tiers, as stated in individual offer terms.
• tapwin7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided this does not prejudice the rights of users who have already taken up the offer.
• Any suspicion of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other exploitative behavior, may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and account suspension.

The tapwin7 Loyalty Program — comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers — is governed by tier-specific terms published separately on the Platform. Tier progression is based on accumulated wagering points and is subject to periodic review and adjustment by tapwin7.

All games available on the tapwin7 platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics, payouts, and special features.

tapwin7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital games and employs third-party live dealer studios for live casino games. All RNG systems are periodically audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or results in an incorrect payout display, tapwin7 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager amount to the player's tapwin7 wallet. tapwin7 is not obligated to honor payouts resulting from obvious errors or technical malfunctions, and any funds incorrectly credited due to technical error remain the property of tapwin7 and must be returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tapwin7 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one tapwin7 account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification request.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the tapwin7 platform in any manner not authorized by tapwin7.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, baccarat, or live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in tapwin7 games or platform systems. Any such discovery must be reported to tapwin7 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, transaction structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited on or withdrawn from the tapwin7 platform.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials for any tapwin7 transaction.
• Accessing tapwin7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without tapwin7's explicit written authorization.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your tapwin7 account or access the platform through your device or credentials.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward tapwin7 staff or other platform users.

tapwin7 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform recognizes that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered users through their account settings panel.

The following responsible gaming tools are available on tapwin7:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set or when a period rolls over. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, gameplay is automatically suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. A notification appears when the limit is approaching, and the session is paused upon reaching the set time.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic in-session notifications displaying your net session win/loss and duration, helping you make informed decisions about continued play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your tapwin7 account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. Temporary exclusions range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable and results in account closure. tapwin7 will not override a self-exclusion request under any circumstances.
• Cool-Off Period: A short-term break option that suspends account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — suitable for players who need a brief pause without committing to a longer self-exclusion.

tapwin7 enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal and is the primary mechanism through which age is confirmed. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed, all funds returned to the source payment method where possible, and the matter referred to PAGCOR.

All content on the tapwin7 platform — including but not limited to the tapwin7 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, game titles, promotional materials, written content, and software code — is the intellectual property of tapwin7 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

tapwin7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any tapwin7 content or materials.

Any unauthorized use of tapwin7 intellectual property, including scraping, mirroring, framing, or systematic downloading of Platform content, constitutes a violation of this Agreement and applicable law. tapwin7 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tapwin7 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and game suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the tapwin7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits attributable to game technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or server downtime not directly caused by tapwin7's gross negligence.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, game statistics, or odds data displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network infrastructure beyond tapwin7's direct control.
• Any loss of data, account information, or game history resulting from circumstances outside tapwin7's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

tapwin7's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their tapwin7 wallet in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if tapwin7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude tapwin7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Philippine law.

tapwin7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules incorporated herein.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or subsequent verification processes.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under Section 9.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• tapwin7's determination, at its sole discretion, that continuing the account relationship poses unacceptable commercial, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause attributable to a user's breach of these Terms, tapwin7 may forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits in excess of any forfeited amounts will be returned to the source payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to tapwin7. Upon termination not attributable to user breach, tapwin7 will return the full available balance to the user's verified withdrawal method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

You may close your tapwin7 account at any time by contacting tapwin7 support through live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, all pending wagers must be resolved, KYC must be completed, and any outstanding withdrawal must be processed.

tapwin7 is committed to resolving user disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the tapwin7 platform, including game outcomes, payment processing, bonus terms, or account actions, you should follow the dispute resolution procedure outlined below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to tapwin7's customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Include your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of your complaint. tapwin7 targets an initial response within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve your complaint, request escalation to tapwin7's compliance team in writing. The compliance team will conduct a full review of the relevant transaction records, game logs, and account history within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with tapwin7's resolution after the formal review process, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR as the governing regulatory authority over tapwin7's operations. PAGCOR's complaint procedures are available through its official channels.

All complaint communications must be conducted in good faith. tapwin7 reserves the right to disregard complaints that are abusive, contain false information, or are submitted in connection with a known Terms violation by the complainant.

tapwin7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Agreement will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the tapwin7 platform. Non-material updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice.

Amended Terms will take effect no earlier than 14 days after the date of notification for material changes, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable law, in which case changes take effect immediately. Continued use of the tapwin7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms — including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page — constitutes the entire and binding agreement between you and tapwin7 regarding your use of the Platform, superseding all prior versions.

This Agreement and all disputes, claims, or matters arising from or related to your use of the tapwin7 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 13, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such suit, action, or proceeding.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit tapwin7's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent irreparable harm, or enforce any provision of this Agreement on an urgent basis.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
